Women need women. Period.

Not more followers.
Not more surface-level conversations.
Not another group chat where everyone says, “We should get together sometime.”

We need real connection.

Women we can laugh with, grow with, tell the truth with, and lean on when life gets messy.

Circles of Women is a place to find that kind of community — or learn how to create it yourself.

Whether you’re looking for a circle of women to belong to or you feel the pull to gather women in your own community, you’re in the right place.

Why Circles of Women?

Because we believe something changes when women stop trying to navigate everything alone.

We get to hear:

"Me too."

"I've been there."

"I see it differently."

"Have you thought about...?"

"You don't have to explain. I get it."

Circle reminds us that our experiences may be personal, but we don't have to move through them in isolation.

Women need women.

And we're building more places for them to find each other.

Ways to Begin:

You Don't Have to Do Life Alone.

Somewhere along the way, friendship got harder.

We moved away from family.
Our kids grew up.
Our relationships changed.
We started working from home.
We entered a new season of life.

And suddenly, the friendships and community that once happened naturally -- don't.

Maybe you have friends, but you're craving something deeper.

Maybe you're surrounded by people and still feel lonely.

Maybe you've found yourself thinking:

Where are the women I can really talk to?

That's why Circles of Women exists.

We create spaces where women can slow down, drop the small talk, and connect in ways that actually matter.

You don't need to have it all together.

You don't need to be outgoing.

You don't need to know anyone before you arrive.

You just have to show up.

"Every time women gather together in circles, the world heals a little more."

Two Ways to Find Your Circle

#1 Join A Circle

You don't have to lead anything. You can simply belong.

Come sit with us.

Our circles are spaces to connect with other women, explore what's happening in your life, learn new skills, hear different perspectives, and remember that you aren't the only woman figuring things out as she goes.

Some gatherings are free. Some go deeper. All are created around connection, conversation, and the power of women witnessing women.

Start with a Free Circle or Event

Curious about circles?

This is the easiest place to begin.

Join one of our free online or local gatherings and experience a circle before deciding whether you want anything more.

No pressure to share. No need to know anyone. Come exactly as you are.

Want a Circle You Can Come Back To Every Month?

Join Becoming Her

Becoming Her is our ongoing membership for women who want more than an occasional event.

It's a place to practice the skills that help us become more confident, connected, self-trusting women — alongside other women doing the same.

Together, we explore things like:

  • Self-trust
  • Boundaries
  • Patterns
  • Relationships
  • Communication
  • Conflict and repair
  • Authenticity
  • Confidence
  • Navigating the messy middle of life

You'll get opportunities to gather in circle, explore each month's skill, reflect, practice, and grow.

Because sometimes we don't need another course.

We need a place to practice being the women we're becoming.

OR...
#2 Lead A Circle

What if the community you're looking for is waiting for you to create it?

Maybe you've been craving deeper friendships.

Maybe you keep wishing there were more places for women to gather where you live.

Maybe you're a coach, facilitator, or service provider who knows how powerful group connection could be in your work.

Or maybe there's simply a little voice saying, "I think I could bring women together.

You don't have to be the loudest woman in the room.

You don't have to have all the answers.

And you definitely don't have to be a perfect leader.

Facilitating a circle isn't about being in charge of everyone.

It's about learning how to create and protect the container so the women inside it can create the connection.

We'll teach you how.

The Circles of Women Facilitation Program

Learn how to confidently create and facilitate women's circles — online or in person.

You'll learn how to:

  • Create safety, trust, and belonging
  • Develop clear circle agreements
  • Structure gatherings that create depth
  • Ask questions that open meaningful conversation
  • Hold space without fixing or rescuing
  • Navigate dominant voices, silence, emotion, and conflict
  • Create rituals and meaningful openings and closings
  • Find and invite women into your circle
  • Build a circle around friendship, support, hobbies, personal growth, coaching, networking, or practically any purpose
  • Trust yourself as the woman holding the space

And you'll practice doing it with other women beside you.

You don't need to wait for someone else to build the community you're craving.

You can become the woman who gathers it.

Why Circles of Women?

Here's what women have said when we asked, "Why circles?".

"I like witnessing women being their authentic selves. As I connect and listen to the women in the circle, I learn more about myself, my wounds, and triggers."

JamieJamie

"When my actions in the world are not working to bring me the joy I seek, I often learn more from opening up to other women."

LaraLara

"Sitting in women's circles has given me the opportunity to speak my truth in a safe and supported place. It's a place where every woman has a space to share, feel, be seen and heard, and where we show up to support each other on our journeys. For me, being in a women's circle has brought me immense healing, self-awareness, and confidence to change habits in my life so that I can live the life I want. "

KellyKelly

"Women sit facing each other, eye-to-eye, and they say, 'I'm in trouble, I need you, can you help me?' We're not afraid of being vulnerable."

-JANE FONDA

Let's Create a World With More Circles.

More kitchen tables surrounded by women talking about things that matter.

More living rooms filled with laughter.

More Zoom rooms where someone finally says the thing she's been carrying alone.

More friendships that go beyond, "We should get coffee sometime."

More women willing to gather.

More women willing to be gathered.

We don't need more followers.

We need more circles.
